Our Mission: To create an awareness regarding early warning signs that may be indicative of ovarian cancer. To promote resources for support, networking and education for women diagnosed with ovarian cancer in order to help them in their battle. To unite and educate individuals, the medical community and organizations in the fight to overcome ovarian cancer and advance research toward a cure through a 5 & 10k walk and competitive run.
Our Purpose:
Ovarian cancer affects 1 in 55 women. Unfortunately, 75% to 80% are diagnosed in advanced stages greatly limiting life expectancy. This statistic has not changed in 20 years. This statistic can be changed through education and information to women and physicians about the risks and subtle symptoms of ovarian cancer.

LENLO was founded in 2010 as a promise fullfilled between friends to honor one friends’ life. While LENLO is an accronym for Long Enough Now Let’s OVARcome, it is also the pronunciation of the honored friends’ name, Alianiello, when you say the letters individually. In the two year history of LENLO the race has been attended by hundreds with nearly 500 participants racing for a cure while raising nearly $34,000.00.

LENLO invites you to participate in our 3rd annual 5 and 10K competitive run and 5k walk to benefit ovarian cancer research, awareness and education programs. Races begin at 7:30 a.m. on September 8, 2012 at Runyan Field, South and Cherry Streets, Lebanon, OH 45036
We will be giving awards to the top male and female runners and to the top 3 male and female finishers in their age division. Awards will be presented immediately following the run. We encourage you to register online and invite others to join you at our event.
This year LENLO is offering registration with and without a technical shirt. We will be selling race shirts and have additional items for sale. There will be a raffle that you won’t want to miss. Participants will have an opportunity to view items prior to the start of the race. Cash and personal checks are accepted for the raffle. Winning raffle numbers will be announced after the awards ceremony.
